What Malcolm Larkin doesn't like about Golden Ox:
Burgers and Pommes are pretty good here. You have a pineapple drink that's really good. Except last time, I ordered the same drink and got something old and ran off. Immediately when I tried, I knew something was wrong, so I decided to open the lid and there it was a brown expired pineapple drink. I called and management said he was running the pineapple drink and it was bright yellow for him. Then he asked if I coul... View all feedback.
I never had this experience with another restaurant it was disturbing. I'm going to order a few website orders for my kids and a part of the menu wasn't in the bag as soon as the kids came home. I called her and they said I should come in to replace the cheese sticks that are missing. When I went into the window, a guy came up who probably had the place or managed it and told me that I was talking to my children about dishonest and that it ruined her business because of her dishonest.$3.50 Cheese sticks. It was so terrible because I had to call my kids to see if they were lying when they showed me the bag, there was nothing in it. The guy still told me my kids are dishonest. I will never return to this place again and highly recommend no one go to this place
My collar and I went on running, I had the California Burger Combo and he had the Tex-Mex Burger Combo. You two were super delicious!! The friends were Hot and Crispy (Perfection)!! We suggest you try them if you never did it! Hidden Gem for sure, a Huge Plus... The staff was super attentive and very friendly!! This is a rarity nowadays?
The Golden Ox at the corner of the White Ln. and stine is a great restaurant and a neighborhood establishment. The scenic decor is an homage to fast casual restaurants from the 50s and brings warmth and a sense of tranquility to the entire culinary experience. The food is at a wonderful price point so it is possible to eat for as little as $2 and get a decent meal for around $4-$8. The street tacos are a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine and the Carne Asada is some of the best in the category. With the right balance of meat and fat, the smokey grilled steak sings loudly and gracefully on the tongue, accompanied by a modest mix of white onions and Cliantro to tie them all together and help their carne asada street taco to a true standout in the category. A for the Carne Asada Street Taco A for the decor / dining room and A for the friendly staff and chefs who ensure that the food is always warm and brought in an extremely timely way. PLUS they have the best Wifi from any restorative or institution I've ever been. I guess you could say the Wifi is strong like an ox.

Immediately when I tried, I knew something was wrong, so I decided to open the lid and there it was a brown expired pineapple drink. I called and management said he was running the pineapple drink and it was bright yellow for him. Then he asked if I could go back to another drink or if I just called to inform her? I didn't want to go back with two screaming babies who were hungry. I didn't want to let her know. Later in the night, my husband went to another restaurant, which also serves the pineapple drink and as you can see there, a great difference in the freshness.
