This place is always a reliable choice for any occasion! They consistently do an excellent job of preserving the delicious savory flavor of the chicken, which is why it's been my go-to spot for years. View all feedback.
What Evans Ortiz doesn't like about El Pollo Loco:
Not much of a chicken person, so I went with the new shredded beef quesadilla (however you spelled it) and was not impressed. It will probably be the last time I am ever in an El Pollo Loco View all feedback.
The restaurant makes very good food. I’ve come here for chicken during the rush in traffic while going out shopping for groceries and other necessary items. El Pollo Loco is a real treat; they give fire-grilled chicken and lots of sides for the money and it gets fun to have a burrito just filled with stuff. Awareness is a factor to the restaurant’s honesty in terms of conduct, preparation, and kind behaviors. Of course, I’ll have to provide them with enough information when receiving my order because their awareness may not get involved in our communications. Sometimes I find missing things in life and get required to inform them of my situation. I’m a customer, tea-taster, and let them know of my experiences with plenty of relations at hand. Eating nice, fresh chicken is a plus. There’s also a good variety of sides which act as a bonus for their burritos in the works near the clean lobby. Food comes quickly. What El Pollo Loco really specializes in is their salsas, recipes, combinations which go hand in hand between chef and the dining patrons who pardon themselves for less cooking at home on a note of relaxation and ease of mind. A restaurant like this has pretty colors inside that help add onto the experiences I share with family and friends; I’ve already got remarks from a couple strangers and we’ve shared chips and salsa in our talks for food and delight. Bakersfield is a big catch for the chicken-oriented restaurant since the heat of the day can waken our senses for such food on those plates. Macaroni and cheese is excellent due to the sharp flavor within the side-course meal. I’ve added rice on the side. Getting a full meal is no problem when I’ve been figurative about sauces during lunch hour with friends in need of appeal for their devotion to safety in traffic. It’s decorated inside the building and my family knows exactly what they need based on mood and interrelated demands. Picking up something to go is a piece of cake- from the restaurant to my home I’ve relished on avocado in each burrito I order throughout the understanding shared between myself and the involved workers. Everything is clean inside; I can tell, so many counters are practically flawless and many occurrences are so rare that we might as well have never seen them in negative perception. Mom really likes this place, dad has managed himself for the food when hunger is needed in tasteful moods. Honestly I’ve found a lot to like about El Pollo Loco.
When in a hurry, come to Loco and you won't sacrifice taste or quality. Always busy and wait time are reasonable-they move fast.

If you're in a hurry, head to Loco, and you won't have to compromise on taste or quality. It's always bustling, but the wait times are reasonable—they really get you served quickly!
I knocked again on the window, and she finally came over, opened the door slightly, and rudely said, "I told you to go through the drive-thru!" I attempted to explain again that I lived nearby and was just there to pick up my food, but she sighed, rolled her eyes, and asked for the name on the order. After giving her my name, I requested lemons and two Roja sauces to go with my meal. When I inquired about the sauces and lemons, she closed the door before I could finish my question. When she returned, she tossed the bag of food at me, and I asked if the Roja sauce was included, as that was the main reason I wanted to go to El Pollo Loco—the spicy Roja sauce is absolutely delicious! She replied that the salsa was in the bag and quickly closed the door. Of course, there were no Roja sauces, no lemons—only avocado sauce and the mild red salsa (maybe pico de gallo?). Over the years, I've had many negative experiences with the staff here; rudeness and unprofessionalism seem to be the norm. The only reason I continued to go back is that I could see the restaurant from my apartment, making it a convenient stop. However, I have now decided that I will never return to El Pollo Loco until they train their employees to behave properly. Seriously, the management needs to take action on this issue!
