Dutch Bros Coffee - Bakersfield

Never been to a Dutch Bros and wanted to try it since I?ve heard good things. Walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged despite multiple workers walking past me. One lady walked past me 4 times. It?s cool if you?re busy, but at least a ?hi, we?ll be with you in just a minute? would be nice. I ended up leaving and drove across the street to Starbucks.

Unbelievably slow. Waited inside 27 minutes to get 1 blended Chia latte. I asked for a refund and my drink magically appeared. I should have known it was not going to be a good experience when I was asked what flavor I?d like in my chia tea latte??. ????

I love the drinks here. The menu is extensive so they have pretty much a drink for every taste bud, hot or cold. The prices are reasonable and the sizes are big. Starbucks doesn't even compare to the taste, size, and price here. The only downside is it takes a long time in the drive thru. I understand the time for custom drinks but it should not be an excessive wait time. Both times I've been it's been at least a 15 minute wait.

Worth the wait/ My opinion/ As a Coffee Drinker along with Many others that enjoy a Quality cup of Java, Dutch Brothers has Proven to be the Step Up From the Rest. Zero Bad after taste,Satisfying Flavors Dutch Brothers has proven beyond the Doubt to be the Best choice for a anytime Desire. Customer Service has been hands Down a Pleasant Experience. 5 ????

My hazelnut truffle mocha was good. But the server talked my sister out of add more sugar to her drink and it was to strong for her. But everything else was fine.
