Cloud 9 Coffee Company - Bakersfield

Cloud 9 is one of the quietest yet most atmospheric places to grab a coffee. Recently, I went in to read my book and was helped by Elijah and Malia. They were friendly and added to the experience. Once you find the coffee shop it is worth the stay. Oh and themed months are the best time to stop in!

Found this coffee shop spontaneously and so happy I did. They are so friendly. The coffee is always so amazing. It’s a little hard to find but it’s on the left side of the building. So cute inside as well.

First time visiting today. It was slightly confusing at first because Google maps said we had arrived, but we were at a Wells Fargo building. For those wondering, Cloud 9 is located on the left side of the front doors of the main building. I wish there would have been more signage. Loved the atmosphere though the baristas were kind, helpful quick! I had the ginger-plum cold tea with peach syrup, which wasn’t quite sweet enough. I also had the orange chocolate chip scone, which was a little dry also wasn’t sweet enough. However, I will definitely return again try other items on the menu. I like how the location is not in a busy area the coffee shop itself is very cozy inviting.

Difficult to find, but don't give up!Behind the bank. There is a tiny wall sign and they put out a pop up sign but both are kind of down between the greenery and the bank and can only be seen looking straight at them. They would be better served if the pop up were placed out closer to the curb. I don't think I would have found it if I didn’t see someone else walking up.The ambiance is wonderful. I felt so at peace enjoying my coffee and scone before work. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My mocha was delicious and so smooth. The strawberry lemon iced scone was a delicious treat as well.I highly recommend this delightful coffee shop.

Everytime I go into Cloud 9 the service is always impeccable. Every drink I’ve had there is great love the house made syrups, my favorite is the Julip!! All of the staff is amazing. Natalie in particular is always kind.
