There were plenty of games for my 4 year old daughter to play for an hour, and then sit and eat our pizza. Wholesome awesome memories, great pizza, and excellentcustomer service.

The pizza and wings took 1 1/2 hours to come out of the kitchen because it was busy there but there was only one young guy working the kitchen by himself and he was overwhelmed. Ispoke with him and it was only his 3rd day on the job and was working the whole kitchen which includes making the pizza, makingthe wings, making cheese bread, making dessert etc. So I blame the food delay on management. The food was decent tasting butI'm not sure it it was because it did taste good or I was extremely hungry by the time I ate. My daughter had fun and had neverbeen there but I would go to John's Incredible Pizza next time instead because with John's you get way more food options on anunlimited basis and actually more games and actual rides. Also they had no play ground in there anymore like when I was a kid sono free entertainment so basically a small less staffed, fewer games, fewer prizes, more expensive John's. Go to John's if youwant to be more cost effective, better food, better games and rides. I'm not giving it a 1 star because my daughter who's 6years old had fun on her first time.

It already look disorganized walking in, walking to our table I kept seeing a bunch of tables dirty and it wasn't even that busy. I bought me a salad which I returned right away because there was hardly any saladout and not as much selection this was towards the evening around 5 and I wondered the salad looked like that! Chucke came outonly to the booked partie didn't even walk around. I hadn't been here for like 6 years and I know now why I don't come to thisplace. It has changed a lot not in a great way to me.

They treated her like a princess and even let her experience the ticket blaster, which was her favorite part besides meeting Chuck E. Cheese himself. Thank you so much for a great experience.
