What Jonathan Poretti doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I frequently visit this restaurant to pick up my daughter's food, but I have had multiple instances where other food particles have been mixed in. It is frustrating to come home and find mushrooms in her bowl when she is allergic to them, or corn in her sour cream. This has happened on a regular basis and for the price I pay, it is unacceptable. I hope they can improve on this aspect of their service. View all feedback.

My go too Chipotle, only downside is it's location, the parking lot is the tiniest bit annoying which for me makes me not choose to go here sometimes. But service it always perfect.
They have great customer service. I order on door dash pretty often and I’ve never had a problem with my order. The food always tastes good.
I got a delivery for starters, arrived late (not completely your companys fault) opened my bag no napkin no fork (its a delivery, more than likely not gonna be at a home to cook my own salad ??? I open up my salad there is no more than 5 pieces of spinach and maybe about 4 strips of romaine. I was bamboozled by the fact I ordered a salad but no such in my bowl. Im just thrown off by the Quality and price that is coming out of your establishment is NOT meeting expectations! Ive had TOO many incidents since ordering this last year and literally feel like Im getting ripped off. Avoid this location it has been NOTHING but headaches literally!
I had the brisket bowl. My first time to eat there. It was so good. Nice and fresh. Lady who waited on me knew her stuff and was great at helping me in ordering. I definitely will be back.
