All curries here can be made vegan, and the server was known via the menu and veganizing things. My mom had the golden triangle and I had the yellow curry. (FYI her spy is pretty hot. I must have been back. Besides, they have Mock Chicken that I think has been based since. It wasn't about blazing, but they gave a very generous part of it. View all feedback.
What Diamond Schaefer doesn't like about Blue Elephant Thai Cuisine:
I was disappointed with the quality and service here. I eat Thai food often and my favorite thing to get is Tom Kha. This soup had very little coconut milk, no ginger, no lemongrass, no lime leaf. I was served a mystery broth probably from a powder or paste. When I talked to the owner she was very rude and unhelpful saying since she ?was from Thailand? (and I was not) she knew the ?authentic? recipe. I definitely wil... View all feedback.
Great little Thai restaurant in Bakersfield. Excellent service by friendly staff. Extensive menu of Thai classics. I had the Panang Chicken and it was delicious with the right spice level. Two thumbs up. Very recommended.
The place has a good lunch ticket. I had the red curry, too sharp and had a funny taste. No fan! My staff loves their lunches, I will try again as I love Thai food.

I have an order I have as soon as they open. The waiter was very nice and helpful. I just want to try the Winton soup and it was delicious, but expensive. Also ordered a whole coconut. Strangely, he comes back to try some curry.
