Callihans - Feedback

What Keton D doesn't like about Callihans:
After reading reviews..i still decided to try.. I tried to call in order . not good.. I got left on hold for almost minutes.. They forgot about me.. I drove there and told them I was still on hold and they act like they didn't care..(addition) Well I decided to try them the next day AGAIN.. The food is excellent (once the mash potatoes were horrible). We have ordered several times and look forward to eating again. The only problem I have is difficulty trying to place an order.
