we stopped in Baker City on the way to washington. her pizza is absolutely delish! they can build their own or take one from the menu. taking regular cheese is not a problem, and if you want, you can switch it to vegan mozzarella cheese. the staff is super friendly and their outside area is very cozy! Ordered veggie pizza. stingy on sauce, cheese and sweet. pricey. I would say once is enough.
We went through and stopped at this local pizza compound. they have vegan cheese that is amazing as well as a vegan Italian sausage that we do not. we ordered a 9” pizza, the crust is sooo delicious. many nice to choose. the vegan options are not listed on their menu. we waited until we get there. it only took about 20 minutes to make us 3 9” cake! so glad we stopped.
