What User doesn't like about Cells cafe:
After driving for four hours, I decided to try a local cafe off the main road to support small businesses. However, I was disappointed with my experience. There were five staff members working and the cafe offered both indoor and outdoor seating. I would have thought a cafe that is backed by charity would be full of service however the lady that apparently runs the kitchen was extremely rude. Will not be back
Food was terrible and was equally matched by the service. It was as if they are trying to push people away?!?!?!
Heard about this place from friends so we called in for lunch. Quite an extensive menu for a smallish place hidden in the back street they make a point of employing handicapped people which is another reason to give them a go. Another good point is the breakfast menu goes until 2.30. I had the eggs benedict which were really good as was the coffee. Get a mug as comes in a very large cup just like you get in France. Will we go back yes yes again.
Oh dear! I’m not sure if someone left the eggs on or whether that’s how they are every time but they were cremated! Service was ok. Coffee was terrible.
A friend and I came here for a quick lunch after a busy morning. We ordered sandwiches, wedges with sour cream etc and lattes. It arrived within 10 minutes with a smile, and we were able to head home refreshed half an hour later. We’d arrived at 11.50am so it was fairly busy but they were obviously experienced staff and very welcoming. Will definitely come again and do recommend.
