We had to wait 18 minutes to place our order, even though we were first in line with no queue. The food was good, which was what we expected. However, the drink machine hadn’t been restocked, so our options were quite limited.
The food is better than it has been in a long time, but the service leaves something to be desired. Fortunately, I can enjoy my meal through a window with minimal interaction. I'm here for the food, not the conversation!
I attempted to dine at Wendy's in Bainbridge, GA, tonight and was informed that the inside was closed at 8 PM, so I would need to use the drive-thru. After waiting at the drive-thru for 30 minutes, I noticed that no one took my order or acknowledged my presence, nor that of the other ten customers waiting. This establishment truly falls short as a restaurant.
Food was horrible! I got the biggie bag so I guess I got what I paid for ,smh!!!
Not sure if the staff doesn’t comprehend well or they just don’t give a d*mn, I ordered two crispy chicken BLT biggie bags with no tomatoes, However I received two regular crispy chicken sandwiches with tomatoes, neither sandwich came with cheese or bacon. The chicken patties, nuggets and fries were cold. I understand it’s fast food but at least give me something worth the money I spend.
