First off the girl looked annoyed..then when i got my coffee it was cold...a guy helped me and gave me another coffee..meanwhile waiting for the other coffee..the girl got an attitude bc i complained about my cold coffee and the guy wanted to give me a lesson on why my coffee was cold. I have been a regular at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 1320 CR-39 in Bainbridge, NY over the summer, and I must say, the service at this particular location has consistently been the worst I have ever experienced. This place is a prime example of inefficiency and poor customer service. Every morning, I order two cold brews with four sugars and four creams, a simple order that the staff always seems to mess up. Today was no exception. Despite clearly stating my order of two cold brews with four sugars and four creams, along with two donuts, I still ended up waiting 10 minutes just for the coffees, only to find they were not made correctly. The issue of incorrect orders is a common occurrence at this location, showing a lack of attention or care from the staff. The wait time for just two donuts was over 20 minutes, and when they finally arrived, they were poorly packed, making them difficult to eat without creating a mess. The overall lack of attention to detail, slow service, and disregard for customer satisfaction make this Dunkin' Donuts a disaster. I am considering finding a new place for my morning coffee, despite the convenience of this location. Changes need to be made, whether it be better training, new management, or a complete overhaul, as the current state of this Dunkin' is driving customers away.
I am giving this restaurant 1 star just to share my experience. It was a complete waste of time! Four employees watched me as I attempted to place an electronic order. The person in front of me took 5 minutes to place their order on the electronic screen. There was no real person available to take orders. I ended up leaving without buying anything. It's frustrating how people demand higher pay but don't put in the effort. Absolutely unbelievable!

The dunkin in sidney is always hot and never gives a problem. GO TO THE DUNKIN IN SIDNEY NOT THIS ONE. Customer is always right..thats customer service motto.
I love to stop here on my way to my parents house. The service is usually pretty decent and fast.
Few weeks ago I got the cranberry/ apple refresher was amazing definitely could taste cranberry and apple and the drink was the color of cranberry juice then today I orderered it and it nasty had just enough cranberry to make it pink the rest taste like sour apples nasty not happy we ordered 2 and they both taste the same .Maybe the first time was because new itemNot a happy customerI drink cranberry juice all the time and this had no cranberry taste
