When I started placing t... read more In the past the food and service have been fantastic. However, I used the online app to order food that I could pick up on my way home. When I started placing the order, the app said it should be done in 15 minutes. That was more than enough time for me to travel to the location, I figured the food would be waiting on me when I arrived. This was not the case. When I arrived (almost an hour after I ordered) I was told they had nit even started making my order. I was told it would be just a few more minutes. It has now been 20 additional minutes and I am still waiting to pick up my food. While I am watching an associate talk to a couple, not work related. One associate did offer me a coupon for a free pizza or breadstick. I declined. Neither one will get me this time back. Not to mention I will not be coming back to Casey's for food ever again. Extremely disappointed. I also heard another customer ask for cups at the drink station. It seems like the associates here need to be managed better. Maybe then orders can be completed on time and the store would be stocked properly.
