The children got a piece of cold ham... read more I am really confused.... this place could be great. The service was really really poor. The food was such a disappointment. The children got a piece of cold ham each ?? with chips, my wife had two lamp chops which were amazing, but more of a starter than a main and my entrocote was so over cooked it took half an hour to chew. The wine however was top notch. Basically a huge disappointment one star for service and two stars for food.

Fantastic welcome fro... read more What a relief we found this place in a suburb of Montpellier. Close to the hotel Messane near the railway station, but best to get a taxi. Fantastic welcome from a very engaging owner and all staff were first class. Rustic surroundings, but we were seated in a lovely outdoor area,with seclusion and privacy. We were a large group, and very hungry, and portions were excellent and well cooked. Very much a BBQ vibe, but excellent steaks, lamb and Fish. Wine was superb, and this was the one reasonably priced restaurant we found in the whole area. Very much a locals place, so be sure to book!
