1bake Shop - Baidyarajpur

I recently ordered a cake from 1 bake shop and it was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness. It had a beautiful design too the colors were vibrant and eye catching. The customer service was also top notch; they were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend 1 bake shop for anyone looking for a delicious cake for any occasion!

The shopkeeper is a very arrogant person. Took 80% advance a day before for a selected design but at the time of delivery gave different cake. When complained, he arrogantly says I don’t care if you don’t like or come next time, I have 2000+ customers. This type of arrogance is totally unacceptable. If can’t deliver the same cake as ordered then shouldn’t have taken advance on the previous day. Can’t keep commitment then shouldn’t be doing this business. Better run a vegetable shop instead. Spoiled the excitement of my kid by not giving the same cake as ordered. Such a cheater making such cheap business practices. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. Waste of money and no courtesy at all even after committing the mistakes knowingly.

Unprofessional and arrogant behaviour. Extremely bad quality. Did not receive the same design cake which I ordered while giving advance payment. The one I received was bitter in taste hence had to throw the entire cake. It spoiled my son's birthday party.
