Unprofessional and arrogant behaviour. Extremely bad quality. Did not receive the same design cake which I ordered while giving advance payment. I recently ordered a cake from 1 bake shop and it was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness. It had a beautiful design too the colors were vibrant and eye catching. The customer service was also top notch; they were very friendly and accommodating.
