Táo Zuì Fáng Bái Lǎo Diàn

There are both table seating and floor seating available at this restaurant. The menu is stylish and the kaiseki course is served in a succession, all of which are delicious. The presentation is also impressive! The coffee tastes incredibly delicious, possibly due to the quality of the water used.

This is a pottery cafe located in a upscale residential area with hot springs. It is a very sophisticated establishment. Pottery pieces are lined up everywhere. It seems like there is also a pottery class available.

I experienced a pottery class. They taught me kindly and patiently, so even though it was my first time doing pottery, I was able to enjoy creating. It was really good.

出張先で窯元を巡る習慣があるので来てみました。駅から転ばない様に歩くのはきつかったw この日は鍋焼きうどんと冷やしぜんざいを頂きました。 うどんはめっちゃ煮立った状態で出されましたw 一気には無理なので少しずつ頂きました。出汁がよく出て少し甘めな味付けなので非常に相性が良かったです。冷え切った身体には至福のひと時でした。 ╰ ´︶` ╯ ぜんざいは甘さ控えめで白玉のもちもち食感がとても美味しかったです。他にも美味しそうなメニューが色々有りました。 焼き物も釉薬を使った物もあれば自然釉の物もありました。レパートリーが豊富な窯元さんだなぁと思いました。
