The resort grounds are spotless, the rooms are very clean, the scenery is gorgeous, the spa is wonderful. BUT…the reason we go back year after year is because of the staff. Miguel, Arturo, Raul, Juan, Aldo and Isaac are such great guys. They took such great care of us every time at Trattoria. The ladies in the spa are very gracious and sweet, and Hugo at Estancia (bell service) are just fabulous. Never a bad experience here and I wish I could remember every staff members name so that I could mention them!
