To start with, the restaurant... read more One of the worst restaurant of Kalyani a very low standard and unhygienic and it was the worst dining experience I have ever had. To start with, the restaurant was located in a rundown area, and it looked like it had seen better days. The inside of the restaurant was dimly lit and smelled of stale oil and sweat. The tables were sticky and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The menus were old and tattered, and some of the pages were missing. The service was also terrible. The waiter took forever to get to our table, and when he did, he looked like he would rather be anywhere else. He was rude and seemed annoyed when we asked him any questions about the menu. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My dish was overcooked and dry, while my friend's meal was undercooked and raw in some parts. To make matters worse, when we complained about our meals, the staff didn't seem to care. They didn't offer us any compensation, and they didn't even apologize for the poor quality of the food. We left the restaurant feeling disappointed and frustrated. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was bad, the service was terrible, and the staff were unprofessional. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I wish I had chosen to eat somewhere else.

The chicken kosha was overpriced. 4 piece chicken was 160 Rupees and 2 little parathas cost me 15 rupees. Worst and fraud stuff. They will be hit back by karma if they countinue to loot their customers. Even restuarants in Barrackpore looks cheaper infront of them. I want to give zero stars if possible. Avoid this place.

They charged a very hefty price for foods. For example 150 rupees for only one Chicken moglai paratha.Second thing is the food is very unhygienic and maybe one or two days old.We all faced food poisoning after eating in this hotel.The staff behavior is very rude and they target one customer once in their lifetime, you go there once you will never go there again.All local people are very much aware of this hotel and after my experience I came to know that they never go there. Their main target is those newcomers in that locality and those unknown person who had no idea about where to get food in this locality.So if you are searching for foods near Bagula railway station avoid this hotel to save your money and health.
