What Miss D doesn't like about Windows Café Baguio:
the cafè is located at the 4th floor so you have to take the stairs to get there, probably not the best place to go when you're really hungry. it took a while for our food to be served as there was only one person preparing. there's free wifi and they allow customers to charge their phones for free for 30 minutes. the person in charge was casual towards customers. food is pretty cheap so don't expect it to taste like... The drinks and food are worth its price. The location is near the busiest places in Baguio.

Very fast WiFi, great place for anyone on a budget, especially students. The location is pretty nice too, near the city and school. They serve good pastries, drinks, basic pasta and sandwiches.
Nice place, a little small. The food and drinks are honestly good but the menu is quite limited.
