I am a regular customer of veniz cafe- the caffe at the entrance of the sunken food. everything was like before. the services and the crew before the pandemic were great. the manager were amazing. the server, the crew are incredibly rude. I guess they don't have a proper training. Now, in fairness, the managers are to hand. in this month, often when I ordered, they already went. it is so difficult for them to use the water, I have to ask several times. they also speak louder with each other than the customers. last week I noticed that many customer orders have died because it took them so long to serve; 45 minutes for a meal, even if customers were very few. I also got a cup of drinks different from my order, then I asked what the crew just left without talking to me. I offered that I would receive the order, even if there were other orders, hoping that there would be no harm in her. my friend and I hope to have the same experience again. we love this place. We love the manager who has been serving us for years. we're going here almost every day. we visit here several times a day to meet different groups of friends. that's a good young man.

They close early. The waitstaff are sometimes inattentive. Their mongolian eat all you can is very filling. They usually have eat all you can promos. The cakes and coffees are a tiny bit pricey. The tables near the floor to cealing windows are thw best place to watch the world go by.
