They cant handle huge volume of customers. Baguio is one of the tourist spots so expect the number of tourist. Lack of utensils such as plates, spoon and fork. Worse ever is that, asking for gravy container because we're group of more than 20 persons.

KFC is usually always great in most countries I’ve been to, even in Myanmar but Philippines hit an all time low. Zinger buns were not soft at all. It was hard as brick. Fries were soggy, not made with care at all. This happened during a dine in as well. Very disappointing, especially being the chain at SM Baguio. Hurts KFC reputation. Please look into this matter and do better. We love KFC and would love to see it improve.

Ne... read more I visited this restaurant to try their new crispy fried chicken, but I was a bit disappointed. While it was crispy, it was also a bit too tough to bite into. Next time, I think I'll stick with the original recipe. The place has been renovated and looks much nicer than before—classy and modern, with a design I really like. I’d still love to eat here again, just not the crispy chicken next time. Hehe.
