Le Boezil - Bagnolet

A great disappointment! First of all, I would like to point out that it is not the first time I come to this restaurant whether it is with friends or family and those at different times such as dinner on a ramadan evening. But today I was extremely disappointed, some elements should have already put the chip in my ear as when I called to book at 8:30 a.m. a Saturday night to ask for a table 30 minutes later and that the person answered me without problems there was no big world it would have been impossible for it would have been impossible because it would have had to queue out there even with a short reservation it would not presage anything good. So we come with family for 9 pm and indeed not a big world then to our great surprise no classic menu as before but a simple A4 sheet as a menu with the few dishes and desserts, with typing and spelling errors... I order 1 foie gras my wife and my son a burrata salad. My really medium fatty liver in terms of taste and especially accompanied by a quality Lild basket of bread to finish cooking at home (bread). So I ask if the foie gras is not served with spice bread or at least grilled toasts, I’m sorry we’re out. Not very pro it would have been necessary to specify it during my order and I would have decided where not to order the foie gras at 14€. On the dishes nothing special was correct, poultry for my wife and son and beef nets for me, 28€ for me and 26€ for the poultry it was good and fortunately at this price it is a minimum. The desserts we ordered 2 home snikers and a vanilla dessert it was once again correct but serving a dessert at almost 15€ on a broken plate it is a lack of respect and lack of obvious professionalism because we can’t miss the broken tip on the plate. A total of 166€ with 3 cocas for 3 people, admissions, dishes, desserts. I will no longer come back, I was used to much better on their part but the quality has really deflated and especially the customer is not respected at this price we deserve a real service...

Very bad experience. We felt like we were in a very noisy canteen we had to queue everywhere at the entrance, for the buffet for drinks. Staff not very pleasant. I asked a waitress a question she didn't even answer. I don't recommend it, very disappointed... with all that the note was well salted

The waitress was zero and she had some inappropriate remarks to my companion. Lack of total respect, we will never return it again.

Great good, very nice presentation and very nice staff. We'll gladly come back for other occasions.

Honestly we were very disappointed... given the level of the leader we expected at a certain level but our expectations remained vain .... The waitress did not know her map, no salt or pepper on the table Ttes the cooking of the table had to be reviewed and the accompaniments are really erected in a way .... Familial Disappointment for dessert whose flavors were really too marked The framework is however nice and reasonable prices
