Who knows if we drink something? bu I warned that I am vegan and my arrival time, but they told me they were waiting for me at dinner and surprised (I see if there were many clients. the lady who explained the menu did it with a nice smile and enthusiasm, point in favor also we will take the dessert but in 1/4 of now we could not understand what sweet were now we are at the balcony to wait to pay. who knows if someone arrives I am very sorry because the ingredients are of quality, the location is beautiful, beautiful words, good food but service very very very badly (I transmit the optimal explanation of the lady. I think we're not coming back and we're not gonna recommend it. I'm sorry I proposed to implement changes to staff training! Cozy place, with unexpected development on the back, where there is a beautiful and harmonious garden. the dishes, which the holder lists by item, specifying carefully the ingredients and their area of origin, are particular, prepared with strictly friulane raw materials d. o. c. good service. prices in line with the quality of the dishes.
A stop here is a must! typical Friulian dishes and refined ingredients! super friendly and prepared owner, who presents his menu with passion, explaining with mastery the origin of the ingredients and the peculiarity of the individual dishes. low prices in relation to the quality of food! super recommended!
We returned twice in this restaurant, where we could taste some traditional Friuli dishes told by the experienced restaurant staff. the goat's salami, obtained from a particular workmanship that wants it wrapped in corn flour, instead of in the belly. meats and cheeses all really delicious, even the plum rabbit was really remarkable. only negative data is the absence of a paper menu, which makes it impossible to consult prices before choosing what to eat: While being absolutely honest, especially given the quality of the products, I find it would be better to put a table, or a qr code, if this is due to the new norms for the health emergency. beyond this, I highly recommend to pass and let yourself be enchanted by the flavors of the place!
Communion, confirmation and I lost marriage with the four leaves, as always impeccable service and welcome. a nice smile even behind the mask. interesting combinations of the first dishes. I recommend the cedar sorbet and mint spoon. thanks to the spouses and thanks to all the staff of the quadrifoglio.
