Hot choclate was full of wepping cream and very light not choclaty

The pastries are dry and feel like they've been sitting there for some time. The drinks are good
A few months ago I gave this place 5 stars. And today I'm changing it to 1! It's terrible, like honestly I would never give a bad review, sometimes I do it for encouragement. But this is completely and honestly the worst place to sit and have something to drink. Terrible service. Dirty iPad. Drinks do not look like pictures. Hot in summer. Needs a new manager I guess.
Delicious drinks yet there are no seasonal or special menus the same boring one
