St... read more It's a good place to have cheap food. If you are a local, you will be okey with its facilities. Somehow as a foreigner, you can just have a budget meal only. Staff and owner is very friendly. I cannot guarantee about cleanliness as most of Sri Lankan hotels are not under proper quality guide. But the view from hotel is very well. :
