Unhappy with the hotel stay service at D adda booked the room well advance 1 week before, when we reached for check in we were informed all rooms are full, they... read more Unhappy with the hotel stay service at D adda booked the room well advance 1 week before, when we reached for check in we were informed all rooms are full, they gave our pre booked room to walk in guests and we were given room for stay in another hotel nearby with poor service. Very poor. If hotel cannot manage bookings do not take online bookings. We face problems booking in advance and on the day we are told to adjust as they gave our room to other guests.

Food was good. We were served by captain Yash and Subhash today. They were very kind and service provided by them was up to the mark. Highly recommended. read more Food was good.
