It's okay. Not a culinary revelation, but plentiful, cheap, and honest. Sometimes that's all you want.
The food was delicious and authentic. It reminded me of my recent trip to China.
Here 's a humorous, friendly, yet brutally honest review that you can use or adapt as is: ⸻ Title: A Culinary Time Travel – Unfortunately, to the Wrong Decade This Chinese restaurant managed to take me on a very special journey – probably straight back to the early days of the microwave. The service was friendly, no doubt about it. So friendly, in fact, that I almost forgot what landed on my plate a moment later. The food itself was… let 's just say: creative in its handling of expectations. The duck had about as much crispiness as a wet cardboard box, the sauce tasted like it had been diluted with warm tap water, and the vegetables looked like they 'd already traveled through several kitchens before reaching me. The ambiance? A charming mix of trucker stop and Asian home decor store on summer sale. Anyone who loves retro style will definitely get their money 's worth here – everyone else will likely reach their breaking point. In short: Friendly, yes. Funny in retrospect, also yes. But culinarily speaking, it was unfortunately the worst experience I 've had in the last 20 years. I 've rarely left a restaurant that left me simultaneously hungry and nostalgic for frozen pizza. Nevertheless, thanks for the experience – the memory will last longer than the taste. ⸻
The entire place is dingy and unkempt; it's very dark and uncomfortable, with an outside temperature of 11°C. There was no heating. I can't say much about the service; everything was simply brought out, but the plates were dirty. The service items were unkempt; the business was generally poorly run. The food couldn't be described as good either; the Zoe Shop was too salty, so salty, and there weren't many vegetables, and everything was rickety.
