02h05min passed between order and delivery. In the case of telephone demand, the fault was first pushed to the driver, then delivery command. You don't blame yourself. A reparation to the customer is also rejected, because “the others are guilty.” As a customer, however, I expect an order to be delivered to a Sunday evening in a reasonable time. If this is not possible, I expect to know when the Lief ... – show.
I have already ordered 3x there so far I was always satisfied but this time it was a full catastrophe delivery time over 3 hours and the restaurant after 22 hours no longer reachable although the food was still not there. No excuse. This is not allowed at prices or you have to deal with the complaint differently.
Just want to go to eat spontaneously... Turned right back... Siffy, dirty and downstairs staircase where it smells like a pub... not to identify as a restaurant entrance, but rather remembers another etablissement. I often ordered online, was also very good, but now I have seen the conditions there.
We ordered food there, which was given a delivery time of one hour. After 1.5 hours, they called that it takes half an hour. Overall, we waited for a good two hours for the sushi. When it arrived, part of the order was missing. We've been trying to get someone on the phone all night, but nobody's got it. Never saw our sushi and the money again. Never order here again.
Sooo delicious...and sooo friendly. We always order there price and taste are worth every cent. No matter what, whether the driver is too late, the drinks are not on the spot or forget something. It will always try to find a solution. We are total fans
