Great guided tours, super atmosphere, great restaurant

For years we have come to Fermata for food and some of our family celebrations have been held here. We were always very satisfied. But at our last visit we were disappointed. There is a new superior with a kind and teachings and remarks that were insulting in part for our term. This superior can be put in a pub, but not in such an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately very disappointing. My husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding party at Kapfenburg Castle. After several phone calls and e-mail traffic, we thought we could just go over and see if the boss can talk to us for a moment. After a short conversation, a date could finally be set. As part of the event “Day of the Open Monument” we were on 11 September at Schloss Kapfenburg for a guided tour of children. The group was relatively large with 80 people, yet the tour was really great. The guide had a lot of preparation and the children involved in the program. With a hand puppet, many things were explained playfully. The castle itself is also worth a visit regardless of a guided tour.
