As with all Timmies counter service is slow. Everyone works at the drive-thru not watching the counter. Then it's like somebody's over there who's going to get them. The management/maintainers do not maintain working standards with their team members. Instead of being and chatting their friends, they should watch the team and correct bad habits to achieve a more efficient group of workers.
