Thank you to everyone in the team for the wonderful time we had at Schartenfels! It was impeccable! It was for a celebration, and we were given a beautiful view seat! The view was breathtaking. The food was so delicious! Everything was delightful. The service were perfect, and they were so friendly and made us feel so welcome! Have been there already three times and I will definitely go again. Food absolutely top, No matter which starter, main course or desert. Staff very friendly. The food is served perfectly cooked. A must if you are in this area. Just to recommend, do a reservation upfront (no matter if Covid-19 or not).

Fall is not only the season of the year bringing cooler temperatures, rain showers and wind, it’s also the season for wild game specialties, spaetzle, red cabbage, roasted chestnuts and all the other delectable accompaniments. Schloss Schartenfels delivers a true “Gaumenfreude” or bonne mouche. The service is top notch, the food delicious, and the view and setting are the icing on the cake.
