What User likes about La Bistrologica:
Looking for a different restaurant in Badajoz, we came across La bistrologica and the experience could not have been better. We liked the minimalist decoration a lot, as well as the small details in the dishes, very careful. Special mention of the Ajoblanco, the mussels and the prickly pear sorbet. Difficult to assess the quality because the quantities are so small that I could hardly taste the dishes we ordered. Very expensive for what it is and more so if we take into account that we left hungrier than when we arrived. View all feedback.
