Located right at the heart of old town. Clean. Charming. Truly immerses one in historic Toledo knowing that you are staying in a building that dates back to the 1500s and yet that feels comfortable and cozy. My only issue was with the air conditioner which didn’t seem to work very well or consistently. Otherwise, a very memorable stay. View all feedback.

Not a good experience at all. The rooms are extremely small not to mention the bathroom. The towels and bedding are old and rough to the skin. We felt very insecure as there is not a person working after 5:00 the place is dark and if you come across an emergency there is no one to assist you, not worth the money . View all feedback.
Hotel histórico con vistas a la catedral de Toledo. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y decoradas con muebles antiguos y elegantes. Limpio, tranquilo, perfecto para visitar la ciudad a pie. Una encantadora terraza con vista a la catedral y el Alcázar. Personal amable y profesional.
Acogedor, familiar, limpio y muy confortable. El personal es cálido y atento. Se siente como en casa. El desayuno es delicioso y casero.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Our room was beautiful and clean. We watched the sun go down on the roof terrace. The public areas are fabulous. The highlight of our stay were the staff. The check in was the best we have experienced in terms of information about our accomodation and the area. The staff were genuinely interested in us and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. Great location. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia en este hotel. Nuestra habitación era hermosa y limpia. Vimos la puesta de sol en la terraza de la azotea. Las zonas públicas son fabulosas. Lo más destacado de nuestra estancia fue el personal. El registro fue el mejor que hemos experimentado en términos de información sobre nuestro alojamiento y la zona. El personal estaba realmente interesado en nosotros y no podría haber hecho más para que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Buena ubicación.
We spent 2 nights here at the end of September. The hotel could not be better placed, right next to the cathedral, though the drive up through the increasingly narrow streets is not for the faint hearted. Nor is the hotel suitable for people with mobility problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite small but comfortable. The breakfast, well worth the 8 euros.
Best restaurant and experience in Toledo. The restaurant floor is part glass for you to see the ruins that are around 1000 years old. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. This Restaurant is a real Gem.
