We took advantage of the day spa. Small but fine Thanks Andi for the good salt infusion. Great idea to give out cards for a place at the infusion, so a comfortable number of people in the sauna is guaranteed Location: 5 View all feedback.
What Stefan doesn't like about Lebensquell Bad Zell:
The water oasis is just really BAD! 1. My 1.5 year old son had to pay in full, cheek 2. Tiny, the pools are very small and there are only 2... 3. Hygiene, swimming in the pools, from the pavement to bandages and dirt and a lot of dirt 4. Rusty radiators next to the pool 5. Men's showers, at least 4 showers are defective or leaking and the hoses are so disgusting 6. Locker locker caught 2 broken ones etc. etc. All in... View all feedback.

Not even given!
We were there over the weekend out and about a lot during the day and wanted to relax in the thermal baths in the evening. Unfortunately, the website said that the water area was open until 10:00 p.m. which was important to us when we made the booking. On site it was then suddenly 9:00 p.m., which significantly shortened our stay, since we usually only got to the hotel around 7:30 8:00 p.m. due to day trips. We weren 't in the sauna, only in the water basin these are small but ok. Unfortunately, for example, no whirlpool or similar, which for me is part of a wellness area. However, what was our main problem was the temperature of the water and also in the hall. Far too cold we froze in the water. On the second evening we are back to the room after 30 minutes to warm up with a hot shower. Unfortunately, I found it a great pity we didn 't even go into the water on the third day because we didn 't feel like freezing again. Breakfast buffet was good, only a bit more information from the hotel staff would have been nicer. On the first day we stood in front of closed doors and didn 't know how to get back to the hotel then had to use the night bell to ask for help. A bit of advance information would be nice here when the doors will be closed and what you have to do. Otherwise the staff at the reception was really friendly :
First time and unfortunately for the time being the last time there totally great outdoor and indoor bathing area and sauna, but unfortunately too cold. Very, very unfortunate, especially in the evenings in winter in the outdoor area very nice, but much too cold to stay there.
Edit afterwards: everything was great, the saunas are the best in the region. My daughter also thinks everything is great in the bathing area. The fairly high entrance fees don 't seem to cover courtesy at the cash register when you have to explain that the wellness area is full. Could have read it everywhere . We waited 2 hours but that wasn 't even the problem. But after the afternoon shift was there, suddenly 10 places were free, although we would have only needed 2 with my daughter. There were constantly non-hotel guests coming out. Then all 8 waiting people could go in at once.
Sauna day with breakfast (package). Breakfast was great. Reserved table will be assigned. Friendly staff. Everything was great in the wellness area. Passing out cards half an hour before the infusion is a great idea. You can even choose whether you want to sit at the bottom, in the middle or at the top when the ticket is handed out. Great infusions. Nice friendly staff. We will be back.
