An unexpected British corner of a traditional German city. We were surprised to find this tea room that, as I learned from some of the locals, has been quite well persecuted in the area. The house tea is excellent and there are a number of scones and cakes... to accompany it, all freshly baked on the grounds! Staff are friendly and welcoming, and all speak English in addition to their native language. Will definitely... View all feedback.
Peggy bakes a storm! The muffins and everything else is homemade just like mom's. A whole lot of expats and writer artists types show up at this British inspired tea room.

A very unexpected and wonderful place. the tea selection was very good and the american owner prepared the tea to perfection. cute and welcoming.
Walking into the Cornwall Tearoom in Bad Wimpfen is like walking into another world - bright, warm and welcoming with delicious scents of freshly baked cookies, cakes and scones. You will most likely be greeted by the friendly owner, Peggy, who will make you feel like family at once, wanting to pamper you with all the goodies she has to offer. The decor is original and "shabby chic" and offers an array of original and interesting teapots from around the world. You can even choose from which teapot you would like to be served tea! Our experience was very pleasant, reasonable prices, delicious baked goods. Even for a coffee drinker like me :)
