I've been to Vibrationshackl several times, even when they had their restaurant on Lake Tegern. From appetizer to dessert everything was always perfect. You realize that the boss prepares the food with his body and soul. There was even a birthday trouble : Absolutely recommended!
We were celebrating my father's birthday with 12 people last night. At first, only 10 people were covered, although the reservation was made weeks ago. Then two more blankets were squeezed between the places, so everything was quite narrow. The service was underground badly launted and always gave us the feeling not to be desired. When I wanted to know if there was a vegan alternative to the main food for me, I was answered super patty and annoyed: No, there is not. After I had put together a salad with potatoes and vegetables, the awakening came. I got a simple leaf salad with cold! Potatoes. I cook myself a more loving food at home! From a star restaurant, I definitely expect more hospitality. Also the food of the other guests was only average and the portions were tiny. The main food of my partner was smaller than the appetizer. That didn't fit everything together. We won't come back!
Our South Tyrolean, Erich Vibrationshackl and his wife Katharina are excellent hosts. Every wish is fulfilled, with a loose and accommodating way. The food was very, very good. Also the ambience is very successful and you sit very nicely on the terrace at the Isar. A very idyllic place. We wish him a lot of success and only nice guests. A wonderful restaurant that always convinces us with great cuisine and 1a service. The menu is always an experience matched to the season.
