Eigentlich müsste ich 6 Sterne vergeben, sowohl für die Speisen, das Ambiente und besonders für den Service. Wir haben hier unseren 7. Hochzeitstag gefeiert und vorher reserviert. Unser Tisch war mit einen kleinen Glückwunsch zu unserem besonderen Tag versehen, ohne das wir dies gewünscht hatten. Als kleinen Gruß aus der Küche gab es Tomaten Oliven Brot. Die Zuckererbsen Suppe mit Wachtelkeule war ebenso lecker wie die Kokos Curry Suppe. Als Hauptgang noch ein Rinderfilet mit Süßkartoffelpommes und Avocado Birnen Sauce. Klingt erst einmal komisch, ist aber ein Gedicht. Hinzukommt, dass das Filet perfekt auf den Punkt gegart war. Als Nachtisch ist das Nachspeisen Karussell (verschiedene Variation der Küche) mit einen schönen Espresso zu empfehlen. Die Weinempfehlungen und der Service waren super auf die Gerichte abgestimmt. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, das es den Peter's Fisch nicht mehr gab. Der Kellner hat uns Welsfilet mit Beluga Linsen empfohlen. Beide Daumen nach oben. Das Restaurant muss sich trotz seiner ländlichen Lage nicht verstecken und bietet Spitzengastronomie! Actually, I would have to give 6 stars, both for the food, the ambience and especially for the service. We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary and reserved it in advance. Our table was provided with a small congratulation to our special day, without which we had wished. As a small greeting from the kitchen there were tomato and olive bread. The pea soup with quail noodle was as delicious as the coconut curry soup. As a main course, a fillet of beef with sweet potato fritters and avocado pear sauce. Sounds strange, but it's a poem. In addition, the filet was perfectly cooked to the point. For dessert, the desserts carousel (different variation of the kitchen) with a nice espresso is recommended. The wine recommendations and the service were great on the dishes. The only downer was that there was no longer the Peter's fish. The waiter recommended catfish fillet with beluga lentils. Both thumbs up. The restaurant does not have to hide despite its rural location and offers top catering!
War mega. Hab nichts zu meckern und das kommt selten vor bei mir. Essen, Service, Ambiente...alles einfach perfekt. Auf jeden Fall auf Wiedersehen. was awesome I have nothing to complain about and that rarely happens to me. Food, service, ambience...everything just perfect. Definitely goodbye
