Taverne Tasso - Bad Sooden-Allendorf

Super friendly staff and also very generously measured portions. On the menu, everyone finds something and it is always freshly prepared, who has gotten involved where has been different.

Apart from the really friendly service, eating is good and consuming. and there are also genuine Greek dishes. Unfortunately, this is no longer common. all in all, the restaurant deserves the best note.

With distance the largest disappointment when eating out. it was unfortunately not enjoyable. gyros overbaked was dry, no metaxasauce in itself. according to the menu should be pommes or rice and an salate. I wanted to go, but unfortunately did not come and the salat also missed. with my wife on the gyros teller, the meat was also very dry, as if it had not yet been at the spit and you have been refurbished all in the oven so that the meat is going through. the wobbles on the gyros were burned, zaziki was such a thing of knobluech that you could not really enjoy it. the rice on its plate was prepared with tomato sauce, but on top of it, sauce was poured over it. the best of the table were the pommes and the bottle water we ordered. I went to the owner and told him everything, his reaction was zero! no compensation, not even a compensation attempt! with distance the greatest disappointment!

Sunlight and gyros... what's better? Unfortunately, eating was a total fall. the salat was only partly fresh and made with a very bad bought dressing. then came after some waiting time the main course and the meat was neither crispy nor tasty but white and greasy. then asked for fresh browned meat ... back came roasted gum...we had imagined the visit quite differently! the only positive thing about the evening was the very hard service.

On the board moussaka was announced and I usually like moussaka very much. Unfortunately, this was very dry (old ?) and much too strongly seasoned with only one spicy (oregano or majoran). the salate was dressed with a ready-made sauce - that is not possible!
