I knew: this self-confidence could only produce good burgers. The bite test immediately revealed the potential I had stumbled upon. And so began a never-ending colleague story.

There were four of us here, reservations are highly recommended, and we had excellent pinsa three times and a vegetarian, Mediterranean pasta salad as a starter. The starter salad could also be used as a main course; all portions were large and generously topped. The restaurant was well occupied and the service effortlessly made up for the overload with charm and wit. Therefore, despite a bit of chaos, a full five stars. It should be noted that if the dough for Fritzza or Pinsa is running low, you will be informed before choosing a table: There are still x portions of Pinsa or Fritzza . The very good-looking burgers are an alternative. A great restaurant, we will come back on our next visit to Upper Swabia.
