Had a vegan bratwurst here. It was ok. the bread was a bit dry.

The bistro inside the 'The Alternative Wolf and Bear Park ' offers vegan options for hungry park visitors. While you can watch and enjoy the park 's surroundings you can sit inside or outside and eat a bear park burger with one yummy homemade oat-flaxseed-sesame patty. It doesn 't taste like a typical burger patty, it is one of a kind. I liked it. The bratwurst comes with a bread roll and mustard or ketchup on the side. For dessert I had one piece of their vegan cake. At my visit it was raspberry cake. The cakes changes daily, because it is homemade. They even offer vegan sorbet ice cream (Strawberry, chocolate, lemon and wild berry). For a quick rest it is great to find vegan options at the park bistro!

Several vegan options, as sincere in the brittle, bart and cake. milk is available for hot drinks. they can sit outside on benches and see a luchs with a little luck.

I finally found a place that takes care of animals and offers vegan food! not exclusively, but nevertheless a good sign. we had the vegan burger (here inside! and the currywurst. both were served very quickly and well tasted after a morning of hiking. updated by previous review on 2022-08-23
