Disappointing. We ordered two burgers (Amsterdamer and Gourmet Avocado Bacon) with Twisted and Rösti Fries for take away. Quickly paid 70 francs, which might be... read more Disappointing. We ordered two burgers (Amsterdamer and Gourmet Avocado Bacon) with Twisted and Rösti Fries for take away. Quickly paid 70 francs, which might be justifiable if the quantity and quality were good. Unfortunately, the Amsterdam one was missing the sauce and mine was missing the avocado. So you get a cheaper and dry burger. The Rösti Fries weren't great either and we would have liked a larger quantity of both side dishes. Won't be stopping by again.

The food is delicious, but something is delivered wron... read more I'm not usually the kind of person who writes bad reviews, but what we experienced was really incredible. The food is delicious, but something is delivered wrong every time. Very bad today, both burgers with wrong bread and contents (for which we also paid more). So we called, the courier came back (no use to me), just snapped at us, argued for ages that it wasn't his fault (no one said we just wanted the right food), then called the kitchen. Answer, they can't do anything either. We have rarely experienced something so unprofessional/uninformed. Mistakes can happen, no problem! But then as a restaurant you apologize, send new food or something… This was the last time we ordered here.
