I must say we haven't eaten so delicious vegan for a long time. At our next visit to Bad Orb, this restaurant is our first address. Staff and owner very friendly and accommodating. Here the boss cooks personally and loves his craftsmanship that you taste at every bite.

ABER: I personally want to find regional products on the menu instead of a dump steak from a feedlot in Argentina. Today, you can buy as a gastronomy almost all components that can be found on the menu in an excellent quality also regionally. Even if the vll per dish is still noticeable with 2-3 euros more on the menu. However, this would become a much more just claim, and the concept would also be much better rounded.
