Restaurant El Sol - Bad Nauheim

The restaurant is not easy to find; hidden next to a car dealer, you can easily overlook it. But the locals certainly do not have, go anytime, for lunch or dinner and it will brimming with the guests. There are seating in the indoor and outdoor areas and the food is an excellent Italian fare and one of the cheapest prices you can find in the city. Worth trying to find it.

Reserved for 20 people and after waiting an hour for our table that never materialized, we left. Nothing from the staff, no apology, no free drinks or anything!!

Visited this restaurant with some work colleagues. Had a great pizza which had a nice level of spice and some very tasty beer. The meal was very good value, if your in the area it's well worth a visit.

This restaurant does not deserve even one point in my opinion. We booked a table for 12 for 8pm and showed up on time. They did not have a table for us. There was never any explanation nor apology. During the waiting period, we were standing outside the restaurant! One of us had to go in to ask for some drinks and finger food to keep the group going. After one hour of waiting, there was still no table. The servers pushed responsibility for their mistake among each other. We left without eating! Terrible attitude, terrible service, terrible treatment of their guests. Never again!!!

This is our favorit restaurant! We also celebrated our wedding there 5 weeks ago and it was awesome. The owner is always so thoughtful and it´s just a holiday feeling when we are there! We love it and if you are in the near, you should try Pasquale and his team! :
