The apartment is very spacious with large bathrooms even with a bathtub and we felt comfortable, but it is likely to be refreshed on occasion. On the first morning, the breakfast buffet was unfortunately already very plundered and the service power came to us somewhat overwhelmed, partly also unfriendly and did not come after with the filling. The next two days it was much better and extensive with fresh products. The guest room is modern and cosy. The menu in the evening was nothing for us. Preparation and speed were good, but in our opinion the choice of dishes was too unusual and also inappropriate to the ambience. In addition, small portions, so we didn't leave the restaurant full. The wellness area is great and offers a wide range of relaxation options to forget everyday life for a short time. I loved the brine pool.

However, at the time we were there was a lady in service. For the first time she said she's only there until 3:00, after which nobody will be here. In addition, the lady was very unfriendly to the guests. We asked to pay directly on the first day so that we have left it for us. This rejected the lady and kept it on the next day. It was also responsible for the breakfast buffet. Sausage completely plucked apart and still laid for serving. In addition, there was a sign “Please let me know when you want to be agitated or a mirrored egg” and everything is nice and good but how to let me know if the lady does not walk around there. We wanted to get another coffee after breakfast, the lady said, “you have already breakfast coffee you have to pay” even though we were still at the time when there was breakfast. In the end, the lady turned out to be 30 years in this company. You should know how to treat guests.

The hotel is located right in the city center. With the guest card, you can travel to the neighboring town for free.

The staff is always v... read more A fantastic wellness hotel. Large swimming pool with saltwater, whirlpool, etc. Breakfast is simply superb, leaving nothing to be desired. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel is excellent, even though it's at Stork; everything was perfect. We've stayed at Hotel Becker several times and always love coming back!
