Sigi ist der bester Gastwirt nicht nur mit seine Speisen sondern auch mit seinen Humor von mir erhält er 10 points

Sehr schöne Aussicht und sehr leckerer Kaiserschmarrn. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Since 2008, when we first visited this Café Pirnbacher, we have visited it in 2011, 2013 but not this year when we were at Impuls Hotel Tirol. Apart from our climb to the Café for coffee and/or cold drink, we always enjoyed the beautiful views of Bad Hofgastein town and mountains on the south side.

This restaurant is situated on a hillside overlooking Gastein Valley and has a marvellous view to the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is typicall Austrian and among the best in the area. Sweets are outstanding and the Cheesecake with Blueberies (actually Heidelbeertopfenstrudel, but it's difficult to correctly translate is the very best I ever ate. But if you just care for a coffee or a cold beer, you will be also wellcome and have a good time. When I am in Bad Hofgastein, I visit it regularly and call it my second living room ;
