The degree of doneness of the rump steak was just about right unfortunately the herb butter on top had already melted away after a long time. I would have liked it differently just like the cheap spice mix on the steak. Side salad was bad only iceberg lettuce cut in much too large pieces with a slice of cucumber and tomato. Brownies with ice cream as dessert were a complete failure everything up to the vanilla sauce TK was not even of a better standard. All side dishes cost extra which affects the price/performance ratio. For the final price quoted we ate 3 courses somewhere else in Hersfeld. Edit: 2nd Chance Burger: Failed. Cheddar is on the menu you get slices of processed cheese. Too little sauce, therefore dry: meat tastes like nothing.
