My first visit to LeTable – and I'm absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish, perfect for a special date night or a lovely girls' night out. The wine pairing was a real highlight and perfectly rounded off the courses. My favorite was definitely the Parmesan course – simply divine! I also think it's great that requests like vegetarian or no fish are easily accommodated if you let us know beforehand. To finish off, there were gorgeous desserts that not only looked great but also tasted fantastic. One thing is for sure: I'll definitely be back!
This was our third visit to L'étable, and each visit is a special experience. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome and well-cared for, even if you don't have extensive fine-dining experience. The team manages to create a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. Mr. Armijo guides you through the menu with charm and knowledge, explaining each course and the matching wines in an understandable, unobtrusive manner. This creates a feeling of familiarity and appreciation that makes the visit special. Mr. Kaiser and Mr. Koch demonstrate their culinary skills: seasonal produce is presented with a delicate balance of refinement and creativity. The vegetarian courses are particularly noteworthy; they are always a feast for the eyes and palate. The bread also deserves a special mention—so delicious that it almost replaces a meal on its own. The desserts are the crowning glory, not only visually stunning works of art, but also perfectly harmonize in terms of flavor. Every course leaves you with the feeling of having enjoyed something special. For us, L'étable is a place you'll always enjoy returning to – because fine dining doesn't feel pretentious here, but is experienced with warmth, personal attention to detail.
With a bit of luck, I was able to reserve a table at this lovely restaurant on Saturday evening at short notice, as it was already fully booked. In an elegant setting, you are looked after by the friendly and very attentive service team. The dishes impress with their straightforwardness and flavorful finesse. The pike-perch and the raspberry dessert, in particular, were true delights. There was no traditional wine pairing, but there was a dedicated sommelier and a good selection of wines by the glass. I also found a bottle of a wonderful noble sweet wine on the menu, which the sommelier immediately incorporated into the goose liver course. Great idea! I was somewhat surprised by the fact that different tables had different menus, each varying in scope and selection. I had a menu that was probably geared towards a subsequent visit to the festival, although I had already noted when making the reservation that I wouldn't have any particular time constraints and wasn't going to the festival. However, I was offered a selection of additional courses, though not the only meat course. Why not all guests were offered the same menu remained unclear. Apart from that, I had a very pleasant dinner experience that I would definitely recommend.
