Had been here a couple of times for drinks and cakes. The food is very good, Florian the barman is very kind and helpful like the rest of the staff. However the great thing about this place is the atmosphere. Very special, unusual with great views on the Bad Gastein valley, library room, fresh flowers everywhere and great attention for details.A bit ovepriced in my opinion. But is is worth it. good eating in a beautiful atmosphere. problem at the menu: except for the wrinkled day, the main dish in the grunde every day is pasta with something (real: something) meat or fish on it. in a week there were even twice the same court, but once under French and once under Italian name. pasta is excellent, but for us no full-fledged main dish. It was a pleasure coming back to the Regina and enjoy the great atmosphere of their restaurant and bar. Well done Jason and team! The food and service were quite OK, but the aesthetics of the place really take central stage.
We visited the restaurant to have late evening dinner with kids. The space looks definitely like an upper one, but as the city is invaded by funs of winter sports, dress code is relaxed. Service is good, people helpful and smiling. The food was very...tasty ABS the only reason I have is that we had to wait minutes to gate a Main corse, far too long to get drinks. The only thing that was delivered fast was a desert fantastic tiramisu. Well done food. We can recomend this place for a family dinner if you have time and are relaxed about long waiting time. I still think think the food quality made it. The dinner was nice.

I'm a big pasta fan and have eat pasta in many places around the world. In Regina, I ordered beef pasta and it was super good. To be honest, I can't remember any better pasta portion for very long time. If you want to go...here, you should probably make table reservation before hand if you are here around high season.
Great contemporary food in a nice and perfectly curated atmosphere. Delicious fresh made pasta, lovely salads, local products and a changing daily menu. Not to forget: A great wine list with some Austrian Gems in an affordable price range.
