Always only a meal... read more We stayed 12 days in Bad Elster and had an apartment, yet we almost always went to the Mini Cafe, there was always a good little lunch table. Always only a meal cooked and great sprout cake with yeast pastry, the sprout cake costs 1.30€ the food between 3.50€ 4.50€ was always good. The cafe is directly in the building of Albert Bad, a beautiful bathroom.
